For the past 15 years -both impact investors and donors- have relied on Veronica to develop and implement integrated investment, ESG and impact strategies, policies and frameworks for financial inclusion institutions in LAC focus. Veronica has developed guides to adopt customized, efficient approaches and ESG management systems tailored for different portfolio investment strategies to efficiently, actively and pragmatically engage and support financial institutions and fund managers in achieving demonstrative improvements in their financial and ESG performance, as well as enhancing their positive impacts. Her motivation is to leverage her strong investment background, in-depth knowledge of ESG-Impact themes and internationally accepted frameworks, as well as her experience in multi-cultural contexts and an expansive LAC region network to capitalize the intersectionality between ESG risk management and impact in investment decision-making processes in the context of private sector development where returns, risks, and impacts, particularly to vulnerable people and the environment, can be large.
